Our clinic will see patients by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call (517) 783-1117. We are available Monday-Thursday at the hours shown above and closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Our Patient Requirements

Are 18 years or older.
Have no medical insurance or are underinsured.
Have not been a patient at the Center for Family Health in the past six months.

Confidentiality
All information regarding visits and treatment at St. Luke’s Clinic is completely confidential except as indicated by state law. Patients must sign a release of information form if they desire the St. Luke’s Clinic staff to consult with anyone, including family members.
